Elizabeth offers a wealth of experience regarding skin care mixed with really caring about meeting the needs of her clients. I find this combination wonderful!She also prepares me to know what to expect during certain procedures that may have uncomfortable moments. I've been her client since 2014 and I'm so grateful that she is still offering her magic. I always leave feeling better and certainly more pampered than when I arrived. I highly recommend her services for anyone who is in the market for high quality skin care.

I come here once a month to get my neck , arms , Back , eyebrows . nose , and ears waxed . Yes Guys can do this too ! I also try to schedule a facial on the same day . Now that's time to spoil myself cause it's very relaxing with the added massage and soothing music . Elizabeth is amazing , intelligent , and personable . I highly enjoy our conversations during my time here . A+++

I'm new to Santa Rosa so I was searching online & also asking coworkers for their opinions of where to get a good waxing. I called a "good place" that someone told me to go to and they NEVER returned my call. I called Elizabeth and left her a message and she returned my call that same day within 15 minutes! :D To top it off, she managed to squeeze me into her schedule that same day to get my eyebrows done! Hands down, that is what I call great customer service. Plus, she's super cool & did an amazing job on my brows! I had an awesome experience with Elizabeth & I will definitely be coming back!
