Take a look at Yelp. I wish I had prior to hiring them. They were paid in full to eliminate rats, remove rat debris, urine soaked vapor barrier, disinfect, block all openings in the attic and under the house. Once they finished those items and the home no longer had signs of rats getting trapped in the bait traps, Discreet Discreet Rodent Proofing was to install a new vapor barrier where the old was taken out. The bid for all work was a bit above $6,000, the line item for installing the vapor barrier is a $2,250 charge on the prepaid bid.
