This is an "ok" place to do Tax Preparation Service. I have to give them 3 stars because Laurie Rodrigues messed up my tax preparation service the first time. I was recommended by a friend (US Vet) to do my taxes with Dillwood Burkel & Millar. I then decided to give it a try. I was assigned to Laurie Rodirgues, but it was a big mistake, huge. When Ms. Rodrigues was doing my taxes she did read my W-2 Form incorrectly and I had to pay over $9K in taxes to the IRS. I was in shock! I am an Army Veteran who barely makes enough money to get by. I had to sale my Bronco & 1996 Ford Station Wagon to pay the IRS. Fortunately, another employee at Dillwood caught the mistake and fixed it for me. In the end I didn't owe any money. However, doing your taxes should NOT take a month.
