They were the ones who installed my parents chain link fence to which they did an excellent job back in the day...but when I called them to have a more secured Lach installed they suggested I get a family member who is a handyman to have it fixed!!!He suggested I come into the store and pick out a Lach to have my family member fix it for economical reasons!!!
Last spring I had an solar powered automatic gate installed by Coggins Fence.This January the gate failed to open. The control box was making a beeping noise. I opened the control box and saw that the battery level was low. I also noticed a ground fault light was lit. I tried charging the battery, but still couldn't open the gate at which point I called Coggins Fence. They came out and got the gate operating temporarily, but said the control board needed changing. They also told me that because I had tried charging the battery, the manufacturer was not going to warranty the $700+ board which they had installed. I was not a happy camper, but after some back and forth discussions, Coggins Fence did the right thing: They left the new board installed and did not charge me for it. I was impressed and would do business with them again.
It was an honor to step foot inside probably the greatest fence facility on planet earth. I'd imagine that there is another fence compy like this one on another planet, however NASA has not found them yet.
