Brad was awesome. We had a broken laundry machine and while it took a couple visits to fix, Brad stayed true to his word as far as how much he would charge us. He was transparent in what he was doing, what he was waiting on, what our timelines looked like and again, was true to his word on his fees (which were fair and reasonable). Brad was knowledgeable and friendly, and most importantly, he fixed my washing machine. For a mom with a 10 month old who goes through outfits by the hour, Brad was a lifesaver. Thank you, Brad!
