I had Matt at California Tile Roof Restoration one year ago and it's still under warranty - I have an issue with the roof that was put in although the upfront communication was good - I have many messages on the phone number to talk to someone about the issue on the roof and no one has returned my texts or calls - this is not complete good service - they need to honor their work

Our concrete tile roof was looking pretty awful, but then I found California Tile Roof Restoration! Matt was great to work with, responded almost immediately to my text messages, he brought us different color samples to choose from and patiently waited until we made up our mind on color. His crew arrived when scheduled, got to work, got the job done and cleaned up after. I did find 2 missing tiles after the job was done, but when I contacted Matt, he had them replaced within a day or two. Our roof looks fabulous, like a brand new roof!!
