Sorry to say the lady who usually threads my eyebrows wasn’t at the salon when I showed up. The lady that did my service did an awful job. Thankfully I paid with a coupon for a discounted rate but it still wasn’t worth it I’ll go back there but only to my regular lady She’s the best! But I do want a refund!

I have been going here on and off for a few years, mainly because of the convenience of the location. I've had good experiences in the past, however, the inconsistency of the eyebrow threading is what I'm disappointed in. I had one more service left in my package, so I thought I would try one last time, safe to say, I will never return again. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I have to be honest. Despite having my eyebrows micro bladed (you literally just have to remove the hair OUTSIDE of the brow) Promila removed too much hair inside of the middle of my brows. I would rate my service a -10 . I am in town for an important conference and wanted to thread my eyebrows . The woman asked if I wanted tint , I never tinted before but all the ladies eyebrows looked amazing ! I left looking like an angry anime character! DO NOT COME HERE! I went to Sephora after and the women felt so sorry for me . I then purchased items to hopefully fix it. I am so hurt and embarrassed. I repeat DO NOT COME HERE!
