Mike was awesome, he is a pro at both driving the truck and pumping the system. Our house is located on a very tight one way street In Jenner, every time we call a company to come do work at our house our neighbors get involved. Mike did a phenomenal job highly recommend!

We had a leach pit issue and feel extremely fortunate we called BDK Septic for help. Every step of the way they went above and beyond, doing everything they could to help us save money and get the best outcome. They patiently educated us on all aspects of our septic system and generously coached us through a lot of the repair process so we could do as much as possible ourselves, saving us thousands of dollars. We had exceptional service from this company! The technician diagnosed how there were two problems at the same time in our engineered system and fixed them with parts he had on the truck for a very reasonable price. What I really appreciate is the call a few days later to make sure everything was working properly.
