I suspected a certain person would jump to give a 1 star review today after what i just witnessed (especially after she said the store only had 1 star review but at the time I'm writing this, it's 4 stars). Let me start by sharing that I've been taking my mini-pom to Banfield since 2011, and this particular vet since 2016. They have been excellent in their care and attention. I especially like Dr Rathe and the vet techs and staff who help my fur baby stay healthy -or ensure a comprehensive exam and care plan to get her back to health when certain ailments arise. Our little dog is one of the crazy ones who loves going to the vet. When we pull up in front I have to be careful not to let her jump over me to get out of the car to get to the door. She loves the attention she gets, and the staff all love her. Her care has been exemplary.

The staff was very friendly and helpful on the phone the only problem is that just to get a couple of shots for our dogs so they could go to a boarding facility for an emergency trip my wife and I had to take. They had nothing available for over a month out... read full review
