Atlas RV Mobile Repair provides thorough, professional, and knowledgeable mobile repair service. The technician is timely, a clear communicator, and shows up as promised in rain or shine. He discusses issues, provides options, and comes up with a great plan, offering honest assessments and helpful suggestions. Work is top-notch, with excellent results, clean installations, and every issue addressed to total satisfaction. He is an RV repair wizard who is enjoyable to chat with and inspires complete confidence and trust. The service is mobile, allowing repairs at home instead of at a shop. He is quick to respond, excellent in communications, and keeps customers updated. Costs are exactly as quoted with reasonable and acceptable rates. While the service can be pricey, good service is not always cheap. Customers are thoroughly satisfied, highly recommend the business without reservation, and consider him their go-to repair technician from this point forward. He is even known to bring his friendly dog along for visits.
Steve was on time, discussed my issues with me, and came up with a great plan to move forward. Yeah, it’s pricey, but good service ain’t always cheap. We still have to implement the plan, so this review is still in progress. After a postponement due to weather, Steven showed as promised and did a thorough, professional job. Every issue was addressed and improved to my satisfaction. The cost was exactly the quote, and he even brought his dog, Bruce, to hang out in the yard with my dogs. I would highly recommend Atlas and actually am going to refer one of my wife’s friends to him.
Steve is an RV repair wizard and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him! He was timely and a clear communicator, provided us with options to select from regarding replacement parts, and the work itself was top-notch. I greatly appreciate that his service is mobile--we kept the RV at home rather than having it sit in a repair shop lot for weeks, or months. We've been RV'ing for 25+ years with numerous travel trailers and bought our newest trailer 15 months ago. It's perfect for us ... except for the bleepin' low-end Girard/Furrion tankless water heater that would just whine and beep that it wasn't up to the task of gasp, heating water (yes, we miss the tried-and-true tank water heaters that are now disappearing on new trailers)!
We struggled and swore at it for as long as we could, but not having consistent hot water even in summer with temp's. in the high 90's we knew that we had to do something about it.
