Don’t go here unless you speak Spanish and have brown skin otherwise they charge more than H&R Block and treat you like garbage. A friend recommended these people to us but when we went there, we were told first time customers have to bring a Social Security card so they sent us home and then we came back and the second time we got attitude from the receptionist and were told to wait in our car as they are too busy

I went to this place to try to do my taxes, I arrived at 4:40 knowing that they close at 5, aware that they could say no to me because of the schedule, the receptionist was asked if there was any inconvenience and she said no, that We even waited about 5 min. We were attended by Cecilia, an extremely arrogant person, it is the second time we have had her, the first time she attended us very reluctantly but in the end they were able to do it and this time she asked me something but to give her the exact dates I had to check my phone, I got confused but in the end I already had the data, it was provided to him and as soon as 5 o'clock hit he told me to make another appointment...read full review

If I could give American Income Tax a no star rating I would have. Cecelia is rude and very unprofessional. She lacks any customer service. I highly recommend to go some place else when getting your taxes done.
