First time getting tank pumped 5 years after moving in to home with new septic tank. Francisco was very helpful in letting me know what was taking place and on the condition of our tank.
Scott, Matt, and Meagan did a great job of fixing our backed up septic tank in a timely and professional manner. Within one day of my call Matt arrived, pumped our tank and confirmed there was some type of downstream obstruction. I discussed the situation with Scott who offered several possible explanations with potential options for diagnosing and fixing the problem. Matt returned 2 days later and using a fiber optic cable was able to confirm the problem was in the connector boxes. He was then able to clear the debris with a pressure washer. Meagan efficiently coordinated all the activity all the activity. The cost was very reasonable for the work done.
