I have had some treatments in their medspa. The people are knowledgeable, friendly, and into the treatments, so they really know what they are doing. Also, they are versed in different types of lasers etc so you can discuss what you might want to address and his each laser works.

I've never had a facial because I was nervous I'd feel claustrophobic. But it wasn't at all, it was calming and relaxing. I had a HydraFacial and Dermaplaning done by Jennifer, and wow, what a pro, and a lovely and kind person as well. First she assessed my skin and asked me some questions and what my skin concerns were, then she gave me the most wonderful facial, ahhhh. All my nervousness melted away under her care. The procedure is multi-step and she really took her time, explaining everything along the way. In the end she gave me a personalized 'blue print' of the skin care regime she recommends for me.
