Have owned my 5000 TL for over a year now and have used it several times, I had a leaky reservoir and reached out to their customer service for support. I purchased the 7000TL model . My experience from start to finish was excellent. There was an issue with the factory assembly of the power unit but that was easily corrected and an employee of Quick Jack in customer service named Sol was very helpful, and made sure my experience was too notch. She went above and beyond and because of that I am a happy customer. I highly recommend Quick Jack and their products.
I ordered the 5000lb QuickJack on eBay during a sale. After setting up, initially there were some problems. The flow distribution valve on my power unit was bad. Luckily, there was an incredibly dedicated and competent support rep that made the process of getting a replacement part so incredibly quick and easy. What started off as a reasonable disappointment turned into a wonderful experience.
