About Jackson House Ventura
Jackson House Ventura is a very nice, comfortable, and safe place for those looking to better their mental health or recover from substance abuse. The staff is amazing, great, positive, kind, helpful, patient, respectful, and competent, going above and beyond to provide the help needed. The evidence-based treatment program is structured and informative, with very good groups that prepare patients for life outside. The environment is caring with 24/7 support, allowing the use of phones and laptops. Many felt great, emotional, and healed, working a lot on their wellbeing and goals. It is highly recommended as a helpful step-down level of care where individuals can dive in and feel caught.
The staff were really kind and respectful. Always helped when I needed something or did not understand something so I want to just thank you guys for all of your help. Definitely earned that 5 star review!
