Very unprofessional. Do NOT go to this place. They will take your "cash" and do an extremely poor job. You will receive an audit 2-3 years down the road and they will not help you. They will not respond to your messages and emails. Definitely pay a legit business to do your taxes because in the long run it will be safer.
Mr. Gustavo Ramirez is the rudest person to go for taxes and question in all of Santa Paula. He is not client friendly. The star this NOT for him but the other people that work there. I will not recommend this place at all.
Multiple people have gotten audited including myself. Not an honorable place. They've changed the name of their business to something else. Maybe they've also been in trouble with IRS.
