I have notice a trend where Animal hospital are beginning to allow the staff to be rude, I know everyone is overwhelmed but it’s not acceptable, especially in rural areas like Tehachapi. “Dr. Miller is the best and I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking help for their fur babies. My fur baby was recently diagnosed with pyometra which is a life threatening condition. She was diagnosed at an emergency care clinic in Ventura which quoted me 10,000 for an emergency surgery. I was devastated and unsure of what to do, I called my sister who recommended Dr. Millers office. I called and Michelle the receptionist was very nice and helpful. Knowing that Dr.miller had a very tight schedule and was about to leave town, he still prioritized her emergency surgery and was able to do her surgery within that week. The price was also very reasonable, I am very grateful for Dr. Miller and all the staff that attended us, they are all very nice people who truly do care about our fur babies.
