Tracy is... magic. I came to her about 6 months ago looking for some restorative, calming massage in the midst of a lot of intensive bodywork I was doing to heal a herniated disc and long term imbalances. All of that was feeling like work and I wanted someone with a gentle but deep touch but who deeply understood the body. People with pain know you don't just want something soothing all the time.

I have a very complicated body to work on after 13 orthopedic surgeries, including 4 neck and 4 back. Finding someone that can actually do therapeutic body work on me is VERY rare, so I was thrilled to find Tracy! She is incredibly intuitive and just by using her hands she understands where to pinpoint in order to give the most relief. I always leave feeling open and unrestricted in my movement and relaxed. An added plus is that Tracy's place is really clean and relaxing and she has the most beautiful white cat!

Fabulous experience. Tracy was attentive and intuitive. She knew what I needed and adapted her massage as she went along. Her funky space was clean, inviting, and tranquil. Her demeanor was both professional and calm. Although I don't live in the area, I look forward to my next sessions with Tracy.
