Synergy Homecare has been INCREDIBLE to our family! We hired them to help care for my aunt (who has a physical disability as well as Alzheimer's) during a health crisis and they have continued to touch us with their unbelievable kindness, professionalism, and honestly, above and beyond customer service. Joseph, La'Tosha and every single caregiver we've had has gone above and beyond for us. They are so available, communicative, and really do their best to be flexible for changing needs. I am so happy I found Synergy. They are so pleasant and accommodating and the way La'Tosha handles the scheduling of caregivers for my husband is like magic. Synergy has exceeded my expectations and I don't worry about finding help for my husband anymore. This is a great group of people - I highly recommend them.
