I lived at 2360 Washington Blvd. Conveniently these units had in unit washer and dryers and the property was pet friendly!As most older buildings in Los Angeles it had its issues. Some of the issues were plumbing, mostly because tenants were flushing things other than toilet paper. Management was typically on these issues as soon as they could be.The management team was definitely a lot more responsive that most management companies I’ve dealt with. Although they couldn’t get to things immediately they were always responsive and always seemed to pull through. Something as a simple response was something I appreciated.
