Just read the previous review and can tell you from personal experience that what the last reviewer described is completely the opposite of my experience with Pacifica Equities. I am just now in the process of moving out because I outgrew my office and got a space closer to home but am really hoping to continue to grow and go back at some point. Gary and Rossana are a bit laid back but it's always in the favor of the tenant (myself). The building is full of creatives and likeminded people and I connected with some pretty cool people shortly after moving in and never heard anything but positive things from them either. Proceed with caution if you decide you want to rent here. In our experience (and that of the tenants who occupied the adjacent offices to us in Santa Monica) the owner, Gary, is not forthcoming with facts that will impact the costs and terms of your lease. He is often inaccurate in his description of circumstances and his version of the story is always different than the facts. In our opinion, not to be trusted.
