Pacific Urology Institute is a medical office with highly competent, compassionate, and generous doctors. Patients describe the healthcare professionals as nice, down to earth, and beyond generous with their time. The nursing staff is also noted for being super nice and skilled. However, the office itself seems a bit antiquated, with administrative processes that can be challenging, such as arranging phone calls. The practice focuses on in-person appointments. Despite some outdated administrative aspects, patients strongly recommend the office, leaving with hope and a solid plan of action.
GO HERE! Dr. Concini is one of the nicest and down to earth healthcare professionals I've ever had the pleasure to see. If you find yourself searching for a urologist, look no further. I have anxiety over needles and when the nurse drew blood, it was literally painless. Everyone was super nice and i certainly recommend this office to everyone.
Dr Deconcini is great. ------------On a trivial administrative note ...The office seems a bit antiquated. Phone calls with dr's are challenging ("we don't really do that" but ultimately did get a short call after strongly requesting), let alone any newfangled telemedicine stuff. Every medical interaction is ... via in person appointment ... ie co-pay : (More amusingly, it's the kind of office that posts printed pieces of paper on the walls with latest info about what doc takes which insurance, or please keep 6' distance etc. Hilariously, I count 17 of these! One is over 10 years old! Oh well.
I cannot imagine how this office ended up with a 2.5 star rating but please allow me to set the record straight. I had my first appt with Dr. Dino de Concini about 10 min ago. I am an injury attorney that works with doctors all day long. I know a bad doctor like the back of my hand. This man is not only a competent physician, but compassionate and BEYOND generous with his time. Without getting into my medical condition, I can say that I just left his office with more hope than I've had in 15 years and a solid plan of action. I recommend Dr. De Concini without hesitation or equivocation.
