ONE Spa

The facials with Dianna are the best in Los Angeles. Truly hard to compare her to anyone because I’m always surprised by a new technique, her skill & deep passion for her art form. Very fortunate to have found her & I can’t speak higher of what she offers to people.

There were several things I liked about the experience here, and there is also room for improvement.

First, what I liked —

I liked the steam room and the towels and robe were great quality.

What could be better —

Though I booked an hour length massage, the actual massage I got was less than an hour. The massage therapist didn’t do both sides evenly. For instance, did right hand but not left. I specifically requested unscented oil, and reminded the massage therapist at the beginning of the session (and it seemed heard and totally doable), and yet still a scented lotion was used before I interrupted... read full review

Location near the Venice/Santa Monica broad walk is very cool. You can take a leisurely stroll, have lunch at Shutters and enjoy a spa treatment all in one day!. We had Massages and facial which exceptional. The service is outstanding.
