The woman that painted my nails and was so sweet and did a great job, but the woman that processed my payment was so rude that I have no interest in going back. She got mad because I didn’t have cash to leave a tip. I made sure to state I didn’t have cash before I got my service and was assured it wasn’t an issue. I was essentially scolded and told to bring cash next time. If customer service doesn’t matter to you, the work they do is fine.
I recently went to Nail Spa Lane to have a mani and pedi. I love Dazzle Dry polish because it lasts much longer. I almost always do the callus remover and would do it every time if it weren’t extra. The neck and foot massage is always a bonus and leaves you feeling relaxed. I definitely recommend Nail Spa Lane!
Nail Spa Lane is a wonderful spa with really great service. In addition to providing excellent nail, massage and waxing services, each person working here is careful, kind and thoughtful about doing their best. I have been going here for many years and always feel relaxed and cared for when I leave.
