Who ever answers the phone is terribly rude canceled my appointment after asking questions after being told to call if I have any questions and has stop receiving calls very poor service

The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. So why 2 stars? The customer service agent! They hung up in my face! I wanted to ask a follow-up question about after service next steps (I forgot to ask my tech). He kept cutting me off, talking over me and then started raising his voice to keep repeating the same phrase. He then hung up in my face when I asked if i could speak to ask my question because it would claify what I wanted and he could better assist me if he had all information. I wouldn't use these people, just called to reschedule an appointment and the "owner" started yelling at me and wouldn't let me talk or give him any details at all and he hung up on me. Then wouldn't answer me calling back to reschedule. He was telling me to do HIS job through the phone. We needed an inspection which he didn't want to do. Absolutely terrible person and customer service, he has no business speaking to customers or woman like that at all! Absolutely disrespectful. I would never trust this company coming to my house at all. DON'T USE THEM.
