BUYER BEWARE: do no get the barfly membership! They will not honor your membership cancellation and continue to charge you. Lemme preface by saying I loved coming here up until this encounter, and was a loyal customer that came in 1-2x a month for the last year. Back in June, I decided to cancel my membership as I work to fix the damaged my hair. I went through all the steps listed online to cancel, but they continued to charge my card each month. A waste of money. She didn’t listen to anything I said or do anything like I asked. Asked for a middle part, did side. Hair is flat and looks terrible. Save your money. Do it yourself or go somewhere else.

I came here to get my hair done for my bridal shower. I arrived 5 (!!!!! I’m not exaggerating) minutes late and they refused to take me. I politely expressed that there’s no way I can get my hair done as this was right before the event and said that it’s ok if they don’t do a full service. They still refused, and were rude about it too. Extremely cruel.
