doctor Bavarian healed my plantar fasciitis 2 years ago by injecting stem cell which it works well on my left foot , it even disappear, but this time i had another stem cell on my right foot in hope to heal my Achilles tendonitis and i 've waited 4 weeks to be effective , it did not work because it turn that i have a bone spur on the back of my foot which causing sharp pain and preventing wearing a close shoe. sometimes our body may reject the donor of the stem, i did not know that, if i knew i would not risk it because it is not cheap, one injection is 1100 dollars and not cover by any insurance, and also non refundable, weather works or not, you get to take that chance on your own, i was desperate with a lot of pain and i thought that pain was coming form Achilles, but now i just found out that it is from the bone spur which will not be effective by stem cell , do not rush things before you investigate well, not every stem cell works on our body, you are on your own if you decide to have a stem cell. it did not works on my bone spur but it works on my plantar faucitis, i risked a second time , but i guess i lost . it is not the doctor fault, he did the best to heal me , may be my body rejected the donor of that cell, who knows?
I am overdue for an update!!!! Dr. Bob Barbarian is incredible. I had torn all 3 ligaments in my left ankle after stepping wrong off of a backyard deck. This was a major injury. On March 13, 2020 Dr. Baravarian performed the necessary surgery to repair my ankle. I required special sedation as I was morbidly obese, in my late 50s, and a diabetic. As usual, the surgery was a complete success and the anesthesiologist was just amazing. I had to use a scooter and comply with non-weight bearing for several weeks and that was hard, but my ankle is 100% today. I am a runner and workout regularly now, and Dr. Bob's interventions have helped me return to a normal weight after being morbidly obese for YEARS. His work is LIFE CHANGING for the better. I will be returning to him for a bunion surgery this June. I cannot recommend UFAAI and, specifically, Dr. Baravarian more. He is just a brilliant, very caring, kind, knowledgable Doctor and brilliant surgeon. And to those who leave reviews about him not spending enough time in the room with you, he doesn't need to...he's that experienced. He is the best doctor. He knows just by looking what you need. He does not recommend surgery if that is not what you need...to the contrary. He is the ONLY Doctor you want operating on your foot or ankle.
Dr. Baravarian removed a benign but painful lesion from my big toe. Dr. Bob did an excellent job! Throughout the course of my care I was very impressed with Dr. Bob's professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. His office staff and assistants reflect his service-oriented approach and professionalism. I don't normally leave reviews or 5 stars for that matter but I wanted to share my experience so others searching for a good podiatrist can benefit.(for what it is worth I am a physician with no previous ties to this practice so this endorsement is free of bias).
