Patricia turned the jungle that we had growing on the property, to a well organized, tasteful looking landscape.
The previous owner had let the tenants sort of plant whatever they wanted, and it was time to finally remove some of the chaos and give the property more curb appeal.
I wanted to keep the property landscaping lower maintenance, and Patricia was able to transform the front and middle sections of our landscaping using locally sourced stones and flowers to a new modern looking beach bungalow.
Patricia also handled all the tenant questions very respectfully, and took charge of the project from the start.

Patricia had the vision I needed for a small improvement to my front garden. I wanted to replace the grass with stones, but had no idea how to achieve it. She was thoughtful, informative, and went above and beyond! I would recommend her to anyone.
