I injured my back on December 23rd. I woke up on the 24th unable to move, almost completely bed ridden. I was in excruciating pain and terrified. I called every chiropractor on the Westside leaving messages for an emergency appointment to no avail. I later received a return call from Dr. Eric. I’ve never met Dr. Eric nor been to his practice. He proceeded to stay in contact with me and referred me to a fellow that does emergency house calls. Christmas was no different. He stayed in contact with me throughout the day. Just his simple act of kindness, care, and attention gave me a sense of calm and hope. Today, Sunday, the 26th, his office was closed, but he called me and said I’m going in and to meet him there. Aside from his expertise and professionalism in beginning my healing process, I am humbled by his bedside manner. Dr. Eric is not only an exceptional chiropractor; he is an extraordinary human being. He not only provided me immense relief, but restored my hope in mankind during a time in our world where we are perpetuated by divide, anger, and hatred. Maybe brotherly love is not lost after all. Thank you seems too trivial for the amount of gratitude I feel for Dr. Eric. Ten stars!
