I’ve been training at Allegiate for the past 2.5 years, and it has truly been one of the best investments I’ve ever made in my health, and I don't say that lightly.

I’ve been at Allegiate for 2.5 years now. Allegiate is hands down the best gym if you want to get stronger and see results, no matter your experience level. My review is overdue…
- Started with an ankle / foot injury that I was told would never get back to 100%. After working through the strength and now team program, the pain and instability is gone.
- Down 4 (yes, four) waist sizes so far with a (somewhat) healthy diet. Easily in the best shape since starting my career 10+ years ago. Feel awesome and can’t wait to see more results over the next year.

I love the strength workouts. Corrective movements and stretches built in to the beginning of class, and you get the full hour so time permits you to warm up and push yourself without rushing or increased chance of injury. The Strength training is slow, steady, and challenging. I feel great after going for 3 months.
