The best coaches give you personal attention and make sure you don't get injured. The thoughtfully designed workouts challenge you and hit each muscle group. Members can track each workout on an iPad and monitor progress over time. The gym also provides mobility assessments, nutrition coaching, and body composition assessments. With classes all throughout the day, it is super flexible with your schedule.
I’ve been training at Allegiate for the past 2.5 years, and it has truly been one of the best investments I’ve ever made in my health, and I don't say that lightly.
Before Allegiate, my strength training experience was basically nonexistent. I mostly relied on Pilates and long walks. - Started with an ankle / foot injury that I was told would never get back to 100%. After working through the strength and now team program, the pain and instability is gone.
- Down 4 (yes, four) waist sizes so far with a (somewhat) healthy diet. Easily in the best shape since starting my career 10+ years ago. Feel awesome and can’t wait to see more results over the next year.

I love the strength workouts. Corrective movements and stretches built in to the beginning of class, and you get the full hour so time permits you to warm up and push yourself without rushing or increased chance of injury. The Strength training is slow, steady, and challenging. I feel great after going for 3 months.
