WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If I could give a zero star review I would highly not recommend this place. I've been in the customer service industry for over 15 years and have never experienced such rudeness towards a paying customer. We rented 2 tables and a set of chairs for our daughter's birthday. Upon pick up they set aside the tables in the back of the store front in the hallway to load. The younger lady while processing my contract stated the tables were in the hallway ready to go (at the same time was working on another events stuff) couldn't even give a paying customer their full attention. I loaded them in trusting they were the right ones. The day of the party we went to set up my daughter party tables and they were two different sizes! The disappointment and frustration was words I can't even speak of. The next day as we returned everything informing the owners of the discrepancy, they blamed us and stated we should have checked before taking and should have called them right away with no apology or accountability on their part. We expressed our frustrations and they had no care and took no interest in making it right, we understand mistakes happen but no apology along with being rude was the most ridiculous part! As a business owner you should ensure they get the right product they paid for. We weren't looking for a refund or discount an apology and accountability would have sufficed but they are too rude to even do so. I was looking forward to be a returning customer but WILL NEVER DO BUSSINESS with these people again! I would never want anyone to go through our experience so spend your money elsewhere. Businesses that don't take care of their paying customers will not make it in this economy! Rental places come a dime a dozen and this place is over priced. Advise to the owners humble yourself!
