Ismael, my service technician, is very friendly & professional, always asks if I have any current issues, since his last service call and goes above & beyond to keep our home free of pests & insects. This last call he also swept all our gutters, windows & door entries for spider webs & spiders. A+++ rating for Ismael & Terminix.
I appreciate the service I receive . I get a heads up reminder when they are coming so always take my dogs for an hour walk. When I return all done and gates closed. I always get a text when they finish and know it's safe to return my girls to the yard.
Brian came on time and with the brightest smile. He asked key questions and then he got to work. He provided me with great information and ways to manage the issue. He was knowledgable and friendly but most importantly, efficient and professional. I am confident this “problem” will be solved.
