I took my friend there to have some legal papers taken care of. I was very impressed when i walked in. Very tastefully decorated and a comfortable setting. My friend was assisted by Allison and Sammy. And they seemed very knowledgeable in what had to be done. I admire Sammy because she has achieved success in her work through hard work and strong determination . I really like to see a woman be successful on their own this way.

This review should count at least quadruple because Sammy has brokered multiple sales for us over several years. And, before I even provide my review- let me tell you how I was referred to Sammy. I knew a judge in Santa Maria and I asked the judge who the best realtor in town is. The judge said "sometimes we have to order a property to be sold because of a court case dispute. When that happens, we try to get Sammy to get involved because we know Sammy will get the property sold quickly and of course she'll get all of the documents and legal issues correct."
