Rarely ever answer their phone. Had work done there once and they did a good job. Called again to get a quote for a 2nd job and was told I would get a call back with an estimate. Never got a call back, eventually gave up and went somewhere else.

There's a serious lack of good diesel shops around so I was really happy to find Pro Max Diesel when my F450 needed a new engine. The guys did a great job and have been super responsive when I've had to bring it back for little things. Price was great and it was done when promised, that's a big deal given the post Covid supply chain issues and the size of this job.

Took in my 1999 f250 super duty to get repaired. Fuel bowl heater went out. They were completely professional and helpful. Quick with the repair and got it up and running for me again. 100% recommended to anyone with a diesel truck.
