They take the time to explain everything in detail, involve pet owners in the care process, and strive to fit into their budget. The hospital's staff is prompt, helpful, and attentive to specific pet needs, making visits efficient and stress-free. The kind front desk employees make appointments super easy. The techs really care about their work and take interest in your pet. Veterinarians take their time and really listen. They are taking new clients. Dr. Forester was just wonderful. The doctor and staff were comforting and caring during a sad experience, giving sufficient time for grief. Vet bills are expensive, but getting answers and being treated right helps ease the sting. They had compassion for a pet owner needing to rest while tests and x-rays were run.
Making appointments is super easy with the kind front desk employees. The techs really care about their work and take interest in your pet. When the veterinarian came in, she took her time and really listened. I am glad that they were taking new clients.
Great veterinarian office. They love animals, give the best care, and keep you very involved in the process of caring for your pet. Everything comes with a detailed explanation, and they try to fit into your budget.
The staff here was great, i took my clients dog in and after the exam the vet took a lot of time to talk on the phone with my client . The assistant was prompt, helpful and really listened to the very specific issues the doggy was having . Same with the vet we saw, very thorough, really took her time etc. I can't recall the vets name but it wasn't the owner. The total cost was waaaaay less than i had anticipated and that's including multiple meds.
