Dr Dirksen as well as all the staff were very professional and accommodating. Dr was very easy to talk to and explained everything quite well. I highly recommend this office to anyone.
Dr. Class is incredibly thorough and professional yet has a calming, friendly demeanor. I was incredibly impressed by him, as I usually see Dr. Sherman, who is also excellent. Support staff is great, too!
Front office staff - excellent. Cordial and efficient.Dr Class - thorough, answered all questions and didn't make me feel rushed.Staff that assisted with selecting glasses - excellent as well. They did not try to upsell various options that I didn't need and took their time to assist me.
