On Sunday, Roy and his son came over and installed the gas insert I purchased from his store. Roy did this because he knew our HVAC system was not functioning and that we needed heat in the house ASAP. He also went the extra mile and showed me how to operate the fireplace correctly both with the remote and without the remote, in case I was to misplace it.
