Lisa is an excellent body worker. I went in for a massage and had energy work and massage done. She is so knowledgeable about everything related to natural healing it and her space is so lovely and zen! I felt great afterwards. I highly recommend! Thank you Lisa ❤ You're the best!

Lisa has over 30 years of experience in the healing arts, and is trained in many different massage, bodywork and energy healing modalities. She draws upon her wealth of knowledge, training, wisdom and intuition to customize each session in an effort to help relieve pain, tension, discomfort, and the effects of emotional and physical trauma that is being held in the body. She helps to bring a gentle awareness to aspects that we have disconnected from, and encourages us to reconnect with our body, mind and spirit through our own natural healing abilities and our body's innate wisdom.
