I'm very happy Left Coast Inspections is rated as highly as it is, because I wouldn't have gotten to work with them otherwise. The detailed report provided after the inspection was extremely useful not only to see what repairs we would need to make going forward, but we were also able to get the Seller to kick back money to fix some of the issues that would have been missed if Darrell wasn't so thorough. I highly recommend this company! Left Coast Inspectors was suggested to us by our realtor and we were more than satisfied with their service. Darrell was meticulous in his work, detailing for us every inch of the condo we were considering; pointing out things we would have missed and making sure we knew everything we needed to know about it. He was quite clear in his assessments of what were minor, negligible flaws and what might be a potential problem down the line. Based on his report, we feel confident going into the next steps of negotiations.
