5 stars to Evette and all your staff for hanging in there. It is obvious you are short staffed by your phone and by your OVERWORKED front office staff. It is very disconcerting when you can't get through on the phone. Additionally, when a hygienist is ill you are unethically rescheduling the Payor to where ever you can fit them in the future. More hygienists and a dedicated biller and 1 more front desk person needed. It seems you need more full-time dentists instead of a lot of part-time dentists. Dr. Kitto was my favorite dentist of all time, but he must have sold his business to a group who could care less about ethical and professional dental care.
I had to switch dentists because of a move, been to Kitto now for four visits one year+, including an initial evaluation. The hygienist staff is exceptional, they are friendly and professional. Dr. Kitto comes in at the end of some of the cleanings, his many years of experience is assuring and his diagnoses involve question-and-answers with you to make sure you are heard and no final diagnosis is made without careful consideration.
