I called and asked for a key he didn't have the magnetic boxes in stock he told me he wasn't at his location to meet him elsewhere I asked him to meet me instead elsewhere just down the road he said there's a service be involved I'm like what you're not even where you're supposed to be at you're right next to me can we meet no answer

Timely, Professionally and Affordable. My deadbolt broke during business hours and I was unable to re-open our Main front door entrance. I made a few calls to some other competitor's and they're time slots were to far out for immediate help. I called Key Solutions and within 45 minutes my problem was solved. Thanks for the help yet again.

Our property management company recently tried Central Coast Lock & Key on an eviction. The technicians were right on time. No key was available and they swiftly changed out the lock and allowed access. They are very responsive via telephone and text. I would highly recommend this company for any lock and key issues. They're on my list for future lock changes, hardware repairs and key duplications!
