Without a doubt, this is the best plumber I've ever had. I was looking for a plumber that's honest with some integrity and honesty. I had Jeff Johnson, and he is super nice and honest. I had this plumber from having another dishonest plumber all in a three day period. You see, I needed to bring my hot water heater up to code, like a table for it to sit on. But afterwards my hot water heater started to leaked....a lot. So I called Jack's plumbing, and talked with Josh, told him my problem, and he sent out Jeff. For two days I tried to get someone back out to stop the leak, from the original plumber, I could not. Josh was so kind and sincere. Jeff came out twice....read full review
We have an older house and are always having plumbing issues. We always call Jacks and they come to fix our problems. Today, Mark came to help with our shower faucets. One wasn't turning the water off and the other bathroom, barely a stream was coming out of the showerhead. Mark was able to fix the low stream shower first. Then he got to work on the main issue. He eventually was able to fix the faucets by replacing them, even figuring out how to build a part that is no longer available to buy, due to age.
Again, thanks again Jacks for getting us going again. And a special thank you to Mark for all of his hard time and time.
We love Jack’s plumbing! They always do an amazing job, Mark came out today to address a valve on a water heater that was keeping us from getting hot water right away, He handled the job quickly and efficiently, and as always very friendly!!
