We recently had new flooring installed throughout our home, and overall the installation process took a few days. Throughout the project, the installation team was courteous, respectful, and hardworking while in our home, which we truly appreciated.
We did experience an issue with the downstairs hallway closet after the initial installation, as the flooring did not fully meet the wall and the baseboards had not been properly replaced. However, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a very positive one because of the way it was handled.
