Although I ended up having to cancel my appointment, I was so impressed with the customer service that I still wanted to leave a review. Sara was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and thoroughly explained the process so I knew what to expect.
I also spoke with a gentleman at the salon who was just as helpful. He patiently answered all of my questions and walked me through everything. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to book with them in the future.
Everyone was friendly and helpful Emi did my hair .My hair color is Dark brown i wanted it a chocolate brown with some copper highlights i showed in my picture. She went a lot lighter and more copper than i wanted it to be...but i can say she is very generous and seemed pro at putting in extentions on another client while i was waiting on my hair color to adapt.She also cuts hair well. I especially loved how she cut my bangs just how i like.In the end i ended up loving the color my husband loves it too
10/10 service as well as customer service 10/10. Definitely felt welcomed. I recommend Crystal she does my hair so good which is why I keep coming back. HER CURLS !!! Last me like no other 👍👍
