We did not see Dr. Kirk at our latest appointment, we saw his staff and a nurse. They were fine. I do wish that the nurse had noticed when my husband went from uncomfortable to really painful as she inflated the catheter balloon. I told her and she listened and took my suggestion from what I had noticed during home care. She adjusted and the rest of the catheter change went well.
Dr Kirk adjusted his schedule on the day of my appointment to meet mine. His warm smile and voice comforted me and although I was certain my testing showed Cancer, His body language kept me calm and relaxed. As he scheduled my biopsies I had lost my anxiety and found great confidence.
