Very strange Doctor! I questioned his prescription, and wanted an explanation in writing. He said he would charge me, and I said no, you already charged me for something I didn’t ask for.
He started SCREAMING, Get Out if you won’t pay me! I have seen people on tv who are psychotic, but this guy took the cake!

I had an emergency on the day of my appointment my daughter broke her ankle so I wasn’t able to make it to my appointment because we were stuck in the ER. I called to reschedule and they had no sympathy for my daughter at all still charged me $25 as if I planned to cancel the appointment. I understand the inconvenience of a cancellation but they should make exceptions for emergencies. And the lady was just so rude about it couldn’t even be understanding.

I've been coming here for more than 20 years, and doctor just became very greedy charging me for unknown fees even if I had insurance that paid for my visit. The older lady that has been there for all those years of me coming was super rude and had no valid explanation of why I was being charged it was one excuse after another.She kept repeating those are his fees for his time and service. But the other receptionist that charged me prior to this recent appointment said it was to renew my contacts which I never was advised or asked if I wanted to renew my contacts they automatically just charged me, doctor couldn't get an accurate reading on my right eye.
