Our family has had multiple interactions with Lucas at the optical counter over the last year. Lucas is friendly, patient and very meticulous. He is a professional at his craft and obviously cares about the customer experience. Costco is so fortunate to have this guy on their team. Thank for going up an above Lucas!

Have HIGH cost Vsp insurance Costco did not tell me they were out of network!! Guess I should have double checked when my copay was so high. I usually get 700$ glasses for 30-40$ . Called Vsp they said they shouldn’t have charged for anti-reflective coating since all glasses come with now days. Will see when I go to pick them up if they will give me refund on that part. ?

Swift visit? Sure, if you're only going in for an eye exam. However, if you do need glasses, you're to stick around and purchase some (unless you wish to get them elsewhere). There is an inconvenience of needing to be a Member to purchase glasses/contact lenses, but you do not need to be a Member to receive an eye exam.The doctor I saw was very kind, patient, and had a blissful vibe. There was not much of a wait (which depends on when you book) and it was a pretty swift eye exam. The basics: which one is better; anything up with your current glasses; how about seeing in general?
