Our heritage Lenox furnace was beginning to make strange noises and vibrate one side of the house. (Attic installation) Mike came over within hours of getting our message and confirmed our suspicions; that the blower was packing up. The unit was years beyond the repair window.
Central was able to obtain a modern drop-in (sort of) replacement by the following day and install it the next. They also made some impromptu improvements to the system and corrected a couple of collateral problems.
