I called for service and was told it would be a little while before he could get to me. Not a problem. I tried calling 6 hours later and the next day with no response and no one showed up.

I'm not the type of person that complains, however I feel it's important to voice my opinion in this case. I had an oil leak on my R.V so I took it in for service. They said it would be a week before they could look at it, no problem. I call two weeks later to get an update on the leak. They said it was a seal on the inject pump and that they were having a hard time getting the part. Ok, I understand. So I call back the following week to see if they got the part. Bob said that they were having a hard time finding the part and that I have an old R.V. I don't think a 2001 year R.V is that old. So I went down a week later to follow up again. This time he said a couple of days. It took five weeks to get a seal repaired; I think that is a bit excessive. I think part of the problem was I couldn't get a clear answer on when it would be ready, just tell me, I'm pretty reasonable. My biggest problem with the service was the grease they left around the housing inside the R.V. You would think they would lay down some drop cloths or blankets. There was greasy hand marks throughout the R.V. I won't be taking my R.V back to Santa Maria Diesel for service.

I was on Vacation traveling thur to Oregon and had a problem with my motorhome brakes and Bob took me right in and put me at the top of the list, They fixed the problem and did other things I didn't ask for and a great fast and an efficient job at a very reasonable price, I'm very pleased and if ever in the area again and have a problem I will always use them. I wish this place was closer to home so I could use them again. The mechanic was friendly and great at his job. I highly recommend these great people.
